BACKSHELLS

Hoods for D-Sub (Backshells)
D-Sub hoods (backshells) are available in configurations ranging from 9 to 50 positions. Options include black, colored, metalized, and solid metal variants. The hoods are offered in 180°, 90°, and 45° designs, with thread choices of UNC4-40, M3, or M2.5, as well as sliding lock options.
Metalized hoods provide attenuation of at least 40 dB at 100 MHz, while zinc die-cast hoods offer attenuation greater than 40 dB across a frequency range of 30 MHz to 1 GHz.
