Smart Integration Meets Rugged Design
These cameras are designed for harsh operating conditions, with high vibration resistance, IP69K-rated protection, and an extended temperature range from –40°C to +85°C. Optional integrated illumination (IR or white light) enhances low-light performance, while the intuitive SDK allows customers to deploy their own vision algorithms and AI models directly on the camera.

The Smart AI vision camera and Smart vision camera cameras share the same rugged design and FullHD imaging performance, but differ in several important ways:
The Smart AI vision camera is built for advanced image processing tasks with integrated AI acceleration, making it ideal for applications that require object detection, pattern recognition, or machine learning directly on the device. It supports both H.264 and MJPEG video formats and can be powered via Power over Ethernet (PoE) in addition to a wide-range DC input (9–36V DC). It also supports Single-Pair Ethernet (T1) and standard Ethernet (TX) variants, offering flexibility in system integration. Additionally, it's equipped with a 4K-ready image sensor, ensuring higher scalability for future upgrades.
In contrast, the Smart vision camera is designed for high-performance image processing without AI acceleration. It features a powerful embedded processor and an open software platform for deploying customer-specific vision applications. However, it supports only H.264 video format and is limited to 9–32V DC power input. Unlike the Smart AI, it does not support PoE or the newer Ethernet T1 variant.
In summary, Smart AI vision camera is the ideal choice when AI capability, PoE functionality, and video format flexibility are required. Smart vision camera is a strong, cost-effective option when AI is not needed but onboard processing and rugged performance are still essential.
