Technical Information:

• Thermal Isolation: Provides thermally conductive silicone electrical isolation for transformer components.
• Compatibility: Suitable for TO-220, TO-3PF, and TO-3PL type transistors.
• Material Properties: Made of soft silicone (5 Shore), available in thicknesses ranging from 0.5 mm to 5.0 mm.
• Custom Formats: Offered as sheets, foils, with or  without adhesives, in various thickness levels.
• Specialized Designs: Includes box-shaped caps for transistors, die-cut gaskets, sleeve- and case-shaped thermal extrusions, and thin film profiles in rolls or sheets.
• Sealing Solutions: Enclosure seals with low thermal resistance down to 0.003 °Cin²/W.
• Thermal Performance: Delivers thermal conductivity up to 17 W/m°C.
